You are invited to participate in an interactive data science workshop focused on how we individually, and as a concerned group, can address the growing gap in the demand for data science professionals, and the current supply in the State of Arkansas.  The demand is across every industry domain. The growing amount of data, and the importance of having data technicians, data analysts, and skilled data scientist is critical for all of our current and future Arkansas corporations. Degree programs and certificates must be planned now to increase the supply of data employees needed. This is not a new issue for Arkansas colleges and universities. There is a great deal of work and sense of urgency at every campus and institution. This is an opportunity to share and leverage that work and its results.
